Virtual China Travel Services Co., Ltd. "VCTS" (formerly Pacific Star Resources Corp.) (TSX: CTX) through its 100% owned subsidiary in Hong Kong owns 60% interest in Virtual China Travel Services Co. Ltd. in Beijing, China. Our joint venture partner is China Travel Services Group, a state-owned organization and one of the largest travel services entities in China, with interests in hotels, travel agencies, transportation companies, duty-free shops and publishing throughout mainland China.
VCTS focuses on the e-travel sector in China and offers multimedia solutions to assist in the promotional efforts of hotels, tourism related operations, retailers and government organizations. Its e-travel portal offers multimedia travel information to tourists, business travelers and travel agencies. Its multimedia solutions enhance websites - specifically those in the travel industry, and allow visitors to "virtually" visit a destination before visiting in person or examining a product carefully before making a purchase decision. VCTS also provides 3D images and dynamic panorama images to enhance websites for businesses in the hospitality industry.
VCTS' vision is to make its e-travel platform www.vcts360.com the most comprehensive and informative travel website with the largest collection of panorama photos of tourist attractions in China.

Prior to China Resources, Mr. Duan was Vice President of Maple Star Enterprises Inc., a property developer in Vancouver, Canada.
