Mr. Duan was most recently a Director and Assistant General Manager of China Resources Development & Investment Co. Ltd., a diversified corporation based in Hong Kong with investments totalling HK$10.5 billion. During his career at China Resources, Mr. Duan was appointed to executive positions of several joint-venture companies. Prior to China Resources, Mr. Duan was Vice President of Maple Star Enterprises Inc., a property developer in Vancouver, Canada.
